Account Deposits
You may deposit money into
your e-cash account with a major credit card. All your financial transactions
are processed through GOITSC
Ltd. Nicosia, Cyprus. On your credit card statement you will be billed by

Your credit card is debited
after you pass through the security mechanisms of our merchant software.
Questions
All queries will be
answered in a timely manner, please note that most questions can be answered by
the call center but some questions require a bit more investigation and can
only be handled by the accounts department which operates during typical
business hours. It is advisable that you print out transaction data for ALL
transactions, which can then be used to trace queried transactions more
efficiently.
Cash-Ins
When online it is not
necessary to cash-in your winnings each time you disconnect. Your gaming
account can be left showing a positive balance, as the information will be
saved by the Casino server.

Please Note:
It is now possible to
reverse your cash-ins online! However, you will need to make the reversal
within 48 hours of your last cash-in to be successful.
